Terms of service
These terms set out the rules for using the poll platform operated by QuickDecisionsLink.com, including user rights and obligations and measures protecting poll creators, respondents, and the service operator.
1. General provisions
The QuickDecisionsLink.com platform is used to create, publish, and share polls and to manage results, comments, and invitations. The service operator is NGITECH sp. z o.o., based in Wrocław, Poland.
  • The service provider is NGITECH sp. z o.o., al. Wiśniowa 36A/107B, 53-137 Wrocław, Poland, VAT ID (NIP) 8992894943, email: office.pl@ngitech.org.
  • These terms govern the provision of electronic services and the conditions for using the account, polls, and paid features.
  • Using the platform requires compliance with applicable law, these terms, and service security rules.
2. Account and access
An account may be required to create polls, manage private rooms, payments, and security settings. Respondents may vote without an account if the relevant poll allows it.
  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of registration data and for protecting their sign-in credentials.
  • Sharing an account with unauthorized persons or bypassing technical protections is prohibited.
  • QuickDecisionsLink.com may temporarily restrict access to an account in the event of abuse, security risk, or breach of these terms.
3. Polls and user content
The poll creator is responsible for questions, answer options, comments, invitation lists, and for how poll results are used. Only lawful content that respects third-party rights may be published on the platform.
  • Illegal, defamatory, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, spam, or phishing content is prohibited.
  • The poll creator should have an appropriate legal basis for using the personal data of people invited to private polls.
  • Users retain rights to their content, but grant QuickDecisionsLink.com the licence required to host, display, moderate, and secure that content within the platform.
4. Protection of poll creators and moderation
To protect poll creators, respondents, and the service operator, the platform may use moderation tools, anti-abuse mechanisms, and security restrictions. Poll creators may manage their own polls to the extent made available in the application.
  • QuickDecisionsLink.com may hide, restrict visibility of, or remove content that violates the law, these terms, or platform security.
  • A poll creator may delete comments connected with their own poll, close the poll, or delete it if the application provides these features.
  • The operator may retain technical logs, session identifiers, fingerprints, and other security data to detect abuse, defend claims, and cooperate with competent authorities.
5. Paid services
If paid services are available on the platform, including private rooms or credit packs, the purchase terms, pricing, service scope, and billing rules are shown before the order is placed.
  • Activation of a paid service takes place according to the offer description available in the application.
  • Users must provide correct billing data where required for accounting or invoicing documents.
  • Complaints relating to paid services can be submitted to office.pl@ngitech.org.
6. Liability and complaints
QuickDecisionsLink.com provides the service with due care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform or that poll results are suitable for any specific personal or business purpose.
  • QuickDecisionsLink.com is not responsible for user-generated content or for decisions made solely on the basis of poll results unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
  • Complaints about the service may be sent to office.pl@ngitech.org together with a description of the issue and details sufficient to identify the case.
  • These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
